Website and waitlist

When you join the waitlist, on this site or through a form in a Facebook or Instagram ad, we collect:

• Your email address, and any answer you give to an optional question on the form.
• Basic sign-up details, such as when and where you signed up.

We use this to email you seasonal hobby ideas, news about Seasons, and a note when the app launches. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.

This site uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that a page was visited or a sign-up happened, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta may use cookies and device information for this. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

The Seasons app

When you use the app, we collect:

• Account details: your name and email when you sign in with Apple or Google. You can also use the app as a guest without them.
• Profile settings: your city, region, time zone, and notification preferences. If you share your location, it is only used to look up your city; we do not store your exact coordinates.
• Onboarding answers you give when you first open the app.
• What you do in the app: saved and scheduled activities, notes, photos, and completion history.
• Device details: a push-notification token, so we can send the reminders you ask for.
• Subscription status: whether you have an active subscription. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card details.

We use this to run the app, remember your progress, send reminders, and provide your subscription.

Who we share it with

We only share data with services that help us run Seasons:

• Kit sends our emails and stores the waitlist.
• Meta runs our ads, the Meta Pixel, and ad sign-up forms.
• Railway hosts our website, servers, and database.
• Apple and Google provide sign-in, payments, and push notifications.
• RevenueCat manages subscriptions.
• Expo delivers push notifications.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep app data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete its data as described on our account and data deletion page.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you.

• To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• To delete your app account, follow the steps on the deletion page.
• For anything else, email tuiduarte@gmail.com.

We aim to reply within 30 days.

Age

Seasons is not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we will also let you know by email or in the app.
