Restore a purchase

If you already paid and the app is asking you to subscribe, open Settings from the Passport tab, then Your plan, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.

Cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they are cancelled there. In the app, open Settings, then Your plan, and tap Cancel subscription. You can also cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged again.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and its data from inside the app. The steps are on our account deletion page.
